Orders & Delivery

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation followed by an update when your SafePawz parcel is on its way.

Delivery options, estimated times and costs will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you and your dog love your SafePawz purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Toy Care & Safety

SafePawz toys are designed with safer play in mind, but no dog toy is indestructible.

Always supervise your dog during play. Check toys regularly for signs of wear or damage and remove immediately if damaged or if any part becomes loose or detached.

Please choose toys appropriate for your dog’s size, play style and chewing behaviour.

FAQs

Do SafePawz toys contain squeakers?
No. Our toys are intentionally designed without squeakers.

Are SafePawz toys indestructible?
No dog toy is indestructible. SafePawz toys should always be used under supervision and regularly checked for damage.

Are your toys tested?
Our toys are independently tested to EN71 / CE / UKCA.  You’ll find specific product and safety information on each product page and packaging.

Where do you deliver?
At present UK only - charges will be displayed at checkout.
